Job Purpose:

Improves market performance by identifying and justifying new products; developing implementation plans.

Duties:


  • Identifies viable new products by completing market research and competitive analysis.
  • Justifies new product development by completing return-on-investment analysis; developing pricing strategies.
  • Prepares new products for launch by developing marketing plan.
  • Produces new products by coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and distribution schedules.
  • Merchandises new product by developing and implementing advertising, promotion, and sales training programmes.
  • Monitors new product performance by tracking inquiries and sales; calling on customers with sales representatives; reporting performance and profit results to management.
  • Protects organisation's value by keeping new product information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations.
  • Accomplishes marketing and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Product Management, Supports Innovation, Vision, Competitive Analysis, Marketing Research, Pricing, Product Development, Developing Marketing Plans, Advertising Plan, Candidates with Marketing degree and knowledge of Websites/Applications development will be preferred due to nature of our business.
